Donna’s Recipe
1 - Mix Joy's Buff Bay dry rub with a little oil.
2 - Get friendly with your wings and rub them up in a zip lock bag.
3 - Marinate for 24 hours or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
4 - Roast at 400° F. for about 45 min. until the internal temp of the chicken is 165°
5- Baste with Joy's BBQ sauce.
